Practíquese las siguientes diligencias: Oficiese a la Agencia Española del Medicamento para que informe sobre la legalidad de la comercialización del MMS (Suplemento Mineral Milagroso) y si esta autorizado su consumo humano. What this document proves, precisely. That the complaint was admitted for processing by the court, that the court considered the facts could constitute an offence against honour, and that it ordered the Spanish medicines agency to report on the legality of marketing MMS and on whether its human consumption was authorised.
What it does not prove. Admission to processing is not a conviction. The case was later dismissed and the appeal was rejected by the Audiencia Provincial de Alicante — that dismissal is a fact and is not contested here. The dismissal order itself has not yet been located; when it is, it will be published on this page alongside this one.
Why both documents matter. The public record has been told in one direction only: that Kalcker sued and lost. The sequence is more precise — complaint admitted with investigative measures ordered in May 2019, later dismissed on appeal. Publishing both is the only way the record is complete.
